VIALL USE FOR THE SOLERIS SYSTEM

The Direct Coliform Medium Vial (5 mL) is based on detection of carbon dioxide produced from the metabolism of the organisms. The vial consists of a detection chamber containing carbon dioxide indicators separated by a barrier layer from a chamber containing a growth medium and test sample. The Direct Coliform Vial has the ability to test for coliforms in 1 g of yogurt.
