VIALL USE FOR THE SOLERIS SYSTEM

The Direct Pseudomonas Medium Vial is based on the detection of carbon dioxide produced from the metabolism of the organisims. The vial consists of a detection chamber containing carbon dioxide indicatiors that is separated by a barrier layer from a chamber containing a growth medium and test sample. The Direct Pseudomonas Vial has the ability to test for both Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Pseudomonas spp. (non-aeruginosa).
